About Us: At Spectrum IT Recruitment, we're embarking on an exciting new venture with our email outreach strategy. We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and work closely with our Operations and Engagement Manager to revolutionise our candidate and client outreach.

Role Overview: As our Email Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing market-specific content and email campaigns for both existing and potential clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and executing creative email campaigns, conducting thorough audience segmentation for personalised content, analysing campaign performance, managing subscriber databases, ensuring compliance with industry policies, and contributing to our brand awareness efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant background in utilising Email Marketing tools
• Creative mindset with a passion for presenting innovative ideas and strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Customer Segmentation experience
• Knowledge of email compliance and best practices
• Any experience of working with sales teams is beneficial
