Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lifecycle Marketing: Own the execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing, creating strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey: onboarding, discovery, product usage, and sales & marketing campaigns.
- Innovate Customer Engagement: Conceptualize ideas to nurture prospects and existing customers, driving improvements in LTV, return rates, conversion rates, and AOV.
- Nurture and Retain Customers: Execute marketing strategies to foster re-engagement, upsell, retention, loyalty, and referrals via email, SMS, web personalization, and refer-a-friend tools.
- Personalize Marketing Efforts: Develop email automation and content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior, activity data, and industry insights.
- Drive Brand Ambassadorship: Implement initiatives to convert customers into brand ambassadors and optimize key metrics for conversion and engagement.
- Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Build and test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and optimize segmentation, channels, and messaging.
- Leverage Customer Data: Maximize the value of first-party customer data through personalized website experiences and email flows.
- Collaborate on Content: Work with the in-house content team to create relevant creatives for their direct website, shop banners, in-app offers, and digital platforms.
- Craft Compelling Copy: Generate engaging copywriting concepts and recipe drafts to inspire frequent cooking among users.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESP) in a high-growth eCommerce company.
- Proficiency in referral and loyalty marketing.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant policies impacting customers.
- Focus on growth, with robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, including optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
- Passion for understanding customer personas and crafting relevant messaging to influence creative teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach.
