EMEA - Ecommerce Sales Manager - Healthcare

Maidenhead - Full time onsite

Salt have partnered with a global healthcare business to help them hire a brand new role within one of their high performing divisions, with a half a billion dollar business scope. In this role as the eCommerce Sales Manager you will help the business double their online sales efforts through exploring new geographic regions and leveraging their current marketplace experience.

The ideal profile for this role will possess strong Amazon experience on a regional scope and be able to operate at both a strategic and hands on level.

The role:

• Create and implement both short and long term strategies for the divisions key eCommerce accounts.
• Work with the Digital and Brand teams to optimise the content and drive engagement and ultimately the success of the eCommerce platforms.
• Manage the price architecture of the brands on their marketplaces.
• Review spend across the different eCommerce accounts and create a specific strategy for the partner, ensuring a strong ROI.
• Be the POC for the eCommerce accounts and report back internally on the performance.
• Review competitors performance to highlight opportunity and threats to business.
• Work cross functionally with other areas of the business (Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain), to drive the success of the eCommerce platforms.

The Person:

• Strong knowledge of the eCommerce Business model and namely Amazon marketplace.
• Strong commercial knowledge of Brand Management, Sales and Shopper Marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to present and influence others.
• Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams
