About the service:
We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Treatment Nurse or Paramedic  to work for a leading private organisation within their clients site in Plymouth. The role is for a driven Emergency Treatment Nurse / Paramedic to provide care for patients with a variety of urgent needs and offers a varied and exciting role. The position is based within a busy emergency clinic on site and the team are friendly and passionate about the care that they provide. They are looking for a like-minded Emergency Treatment Nurse / Paramedic to join them on a permanent basis.
About the role:
You will be working as an Emergency Treatment Nurse / Paramedic and will be responsible for:

• Providing emergency response and treatment service covering any trauma and medical emergencies on site
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Handle any walk ins to the clinic for injuries and illness
• Independently assess, treat and discharge patients
• Administering and prescribing medication under extensive set of written instructions
• Support with on-site clinical training exercises
• Driving an ambulance around the client site

Who we're looking for;
All applicants for the role of Emergency Treatment Nurse / Paramedic must have the following;

• Registered Nurse or Paramedic with valid NMC / HCPC registration- with no restrictions
• At least 1 years experience in primary or emergency care setting in the UK
• Immediate Life Support qualification (RCUK)
• Good clinical knowledge and expertise or urgent and unplanned care
• Valid UK Manual Driving License

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Emergency Treatment Nurse / Paramedic must have a valid NMC nursing pin or HCPC registration and must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 1 years experience in an emergency care setting is essential for this position.
