A leading Manchester law firm are currently looking for an early Talent Manager to join their team for the recruiting for trainee positions and the processes that go alongside junior lawyer recruitment and qualification.
The role will involve managing the process from start to finish. This also is to include building relationships with educational institutions for the attraction of early talent, whilst also collaborating with the wider HR team to ensure recruitment needs are met and reporting to key stakeholder’s to deliver all project reports.
