The programme
As part of our Samsung UK Apprenticeship, you’ll study a 5 year Building Services Design Engineer Degree at London South Bank University one day a week whilst learning on the job. You will embark on a series of placements working alongside our expert teams, while making a real contribution to one of the largest technology brands in the world. You will gain and apply practical and theoretical knowledge allowing you to develop personal skills whilst interfacing and building relationships with people in the business. We provide full training which includes an induction and development programme.
The role
You will entering the renewable energies manufacturing market sector which serves one of the fastest emerging market industries across Europe. Samsung is recognised as a market leading innovator in connected living, renewable heating and indoor environment human comfort control solutions.
This role provides additional support for the ongoing growth of the SEUK Climate Solutions business. You will Climate Solutions Technical Department which consists of Pre-Sales and Aftersales activities including, training, technical support, specification design, project quotations, site and customer service support.
This apprenticeship affords you the opportunity to integrate into the Pre-Sales team, responsible for the technical design, quotation and specification support of the SEUK customer base.
Required qualifications and skills:
- 3 A-levels grade B or above including Maths or equivalent BTEC Extended Diploma, GCSE English grade 4 and Maths grade 5
- Provide Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
- Results driven, organised, analytical, customer focused, strong communicator and team player
- Able to start September 2024

Location, location, location
The majority our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our offices are located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
