WHAT TO EXPECT

 

This new innovative position supports the compliance lead engineer in the risk assessment and audit management of software change. The successful candidate should expect to be required to support certification market leads - collating summary packs of software change.  The role will develop rule sets and processes which support the change management process and ensure consistent implementation.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

As a Compliance Engineer within Change Management, your key responsibilities will be to establish good relationships with certification market leads and attribute SMEs, as well as establishing good working relationships with the calibration lead engineers.

 

You will need to be able to showcase your ability to develop rulesets for the assessment of software/calibration change and develop the tools to support change management audits.

Further duties include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Prepare market appropriate change management review packs

  • Document summary of global change management compliance requirements.

  • Collaborating with the business to identify innovative ways to ensure change management compliance is achieved and maintained through the product’s lifetime.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Essential:

  • Strong working knowledge of whole Vehicle and Powertrain Systems Integration.

  • An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment.

  • An individual with the ability to prioritise their workload.

  • A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas.

  • An effective team player who supports team members.
