Job description

What will the role look like?

The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Worker will support people who are economically inactive across the city and require support around their emotional and mental wellbeing. 

This includes helping to build their confidence and skills to manage their Emotional Health and move towards work. They will work with adults identified through the Barca Employability Support workers and partners and aim to deliver a package of support up to three months. 

What we are looking for? 

Candidates need to have experience of supporting people to manage their Emotional Health and Wellbeing. You should be confident in a strength based and solution focussed approach. 

If appointed, you must be available to start on 02 April 2024.
