Employability Administrator

£23,809 - £25,426 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, experienced administrator that enjoys multi-tasking and thrives in a fast paced working environment.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Employability Services Team.
  • Accurately maintain information and databases and will be confident manipulating data and running reports.
  • Assist the team in preparing for events, creating materials, organising rooms and other duties as required.
  • Support at events, providing advice and information about employability services to prospective/current students and graduates.
  • Provide customer service support by handling enquiries from students and graduates either via email, telephone or through our Live Chat service.
