FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship market across the UK. We are on the hunt for an Employability Coach to support adults with Employment/ Basic Skills across the North West region.

We are looking for an Employability Coach you support adults back into sustainable employment; The successful candidate will provide outreach coaching support across Manchester and must be comfortable meeting clients onsite.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct the sign-up meeting, completing all appropriate paperwork accurately.

Create Individual learning plans for clients, addressing their specific needs, such as cv building, interview skills, job search strategies & skills needs. Plan & create actions plans appropriate for clients on caseload, providing advice & guidance on seeking & gaining employment.

• Manage regular reviews with clients to support them back into employment.

• Identify employment & work-related opportunities with local employers, working closely with the Employer Relation team.

• Provide regular updates on client progress.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in Skills & Employment Support Coaching

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS)

Prior teaching experience, supporting learners through Entry Level to Level 3 in Basic Skills/ Functional Skills.The Successful candidate must hold a teaching qualification - PTTLS, AET or Above.

• Candidate will have opportunities to complete fully funded CPD & gain additional qualifications around employment support & advice.
