A brilliant opportunity for a savvy, ambitious and enthusiastic Administrator, who is looking to kickstart their career in financial services and become an Employee Benefits Specialist.
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and be part of a 2-3 year professional development program, completing your CII qualification. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll have the choice of three roles, each offering a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, with an OTE of £60,000 to £90,000!
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support for corporate clients and their employees.
- Creating new business proposals for Employee Benefit Consultants.
- Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews, and strategy reports.
- Developing the skills necessary to become a successful Consultant.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients.
- Strong desire to learn and pass appropriate exams.
- Effective Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Good GCSE’s / A Levels (degree is desirable, but good A levels will also be considered).
- Experience and qualifications in Financial Services and Health, risk, or insurance industry are a plus, but not essential.
