Our clients pride themselves on their people, and are looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Integrated Employment Solutions team.As an EB Administrator, you'll manage the portfolio of Group Personal Pension, Group Risk, and Healthcare schemes on behalf of clients. Our client has a wide and varied client base, dealing with clients with as little as one employee through to those who have thousands. Core responsibilities include performing associated administrative requirements of dealing with new joiners/leavers of multiple benefit schemes, communicating with providers on a regular basis to ensure schemes are kept up to date, and managing the renewals for group risk and healthcare schemes, including carrying out regular market reviews and formulating recommendations.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably within a benefits provider, consultancy or IFA environment, experience of handling a client portfolio, experience of working to tight deadlines, excellent organisational skills, and outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.Our client is looking for someone with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software packages, as well as working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice.Our client believes in looking after our people, which is why they offer hybrid, agile, and family-friendly working practices to enable you to manage your work life alongside your home life, ongoing personalised coaching and mentoring programmes to maximise your potential, full payment of private healthcare and dental care, workplace pension, regular updates from our Health & Wellbeing team, and access to all Headspace resources.They are an energetic and welcoming group who like nothing more than having a bit of fun; with their Social Club organising frequent staff events and initiatives, volunteering leave Charitable Initiative, and regular communication from our leadership team regarding group activities and initiatives.What you'll get in return
