Job Title: Employee Relations Business Partner
Location: Bolton
Flexibility: Office-based role with 1 day a week from home
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 6 Months (Immediate Start Available)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

About the Role
Could you be our next Employee Relations Business Partner?
As a Employee Relations Business Partner at Outcomes First Group, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a high-performance culture, while supporting our business objectives and strategies. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management.
To be successful in this role you will be have experience in:
Significant understanding and experience of Employee Relations processes
The ability to provide an efficient and proactive service in a change environment.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
Experience of working with different client groups demonstrating variety and agility of though
Experience acting as at trusted advisor to management and stakeholders with coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills
Analyse HR data to identify trends and proactively address workforce needs
Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organisation
Change Management and TUPE Experience
Demonstrate resilient and pragmatic approaches to supporting managers
Experience in previous HR roles providing advice and solutions independently
Experience of working in a multi-faceted environment with strong technical experience
What we’re looking for:
Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification
Proven experience within HR
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to influence, challenge and provide robust views in a supportive manner.
The ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly and have excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to work as a genuine Business Partner.
Listening, questioning, and conveying ideas, facts, and opinions in clear and understandable terms
A strong understanding the business environment in which the firm operates and considering the commercial and wider performance implications of decisions and action.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
The ability to provide both hands-on operational and strategic level support.
Adept at using HRIS and other HR-related software.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
We’re looking for a passionate process-driven person with a problem-solving attitude to help the People function achieve against key performance indicators and drive a successful recruitment and selection process.
