SalaryWe are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within manufacturing or a similar environment, and must be willing to travel to sites nationwide as required
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing ER casework escalated from site HR Managers including grievances, absence, disciplinaries
- Supporting external legal counsels in tribunals (if required)
- Running employment law updates with HR managers and upskilling them and operational managers on dealing with Employee Relations casework
- Providing policy and strategy advice to HR and operational colleagues
- Supporting employment related projects such as change programmes, TUPE, redundancy & M+A activities
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Large scale ER casework experience
- Worked within manufacturing or a similar environment
- Driving licence is essential
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working with key stakeholders

Working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility based on ER caseload)
