Job Description
To proactively create and build partnerships with local employers creating roles to support the team in meeting their contractual requirements of the Restart programme. The role will cover Walsall, West Bromwich and the Black Country region as and when required.
- To be responsible for sourcing high volume employment opportunities that are sustainable, both vacancies and job focused work placements to meet customer need and aspirations.
- To develop existing key employer partnerships locally to maintain a flow of employment opportunities aligned to customer aspiration and growth sectors.
- To manage a caseload of participants contacting them regularly and understand and try to support in understanding and addressing their barriers to re-engaging.
- To work closely with operations team network to identify aspirations and carry out skills analysis to direct and align their focus on opportunities.
- To work closely with the Job Coaches once the participants and ensure that all avenues of communication are and have been explored to re-engage the participant.
- Ensure participant files comply to our customer service standards and meet contractual requirements.
- You will be responsible for all tasks related to the participant journey
- You will maintain effective and efficient admin and produce appropriate records and reports
- You will update the participant details on the relevant case management system.
- You will complete all administration and ensure that participant files are maintained in line with contractual and quality compliance requirements.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders ie Job Centre, supply chain partners.
