• Considerable experience of employment law advisory work (preferably within a regulated environment) to be highly competent and confident in advising on a wide range of day-to-day HR issues and case work.
• High degree of resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.
• Be able to build strong and effective relationships rapidly to support good decision making and risk management.
• Possess working knowledge of employment law relating to mergers and acquisitions
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, including document drafting abilities.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to exercise good judgment.
• Be capable of managing complex, ambiguous situations, and conflicts independently or as part of a team.
