Job description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students with special educational needs?
Join the Foundation team at Bedford College as a Supported Employment Assistant and play a crucial role in transforming lives.
Take Lucy's inspiring journey, for example-she initially faced challenges with anxiety, leading her to join the Foundation Skills Programme. In our supportive environment with small class sizes and dedicated staff, Lucy's confidence flourished, achieving valuable qualifications and an enthusiasm for learning.
Lucy progressed to our Supported Internship programme, where the Employment Assistant played a vital role in nurturing her success, raising her aspirations, and managing her anxiety in the workplace. Join us in creating transformative experiences and be part of a collaborative effort between the college, employers, families, and external agencies to help individuals like Lucy achieve their full potential. Your role as Employment Assistant can make a lasting impact on students' lives-apply now and be a catalyst for positive change.
