Mencap's Employ Me team provide supported employment programmes for people with a learning disability, learning difficulty and autism. We have an exciting opportunity for an Employ Me Caseworker to join our team to deliver a programme of employment support with a logistics company.
As an Employment Caseworker you will work with partners to develop innovative and inclusive programmes that will support people to develop skills, knowledge and experience that will lead to paid employment opportunities.
The programme will be delivered across 3 sites Daventry; Milton Keynes and Bedford.
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) contracted to March 2025.

The successful Employment Caseworker will directly support job seekers with a learning disability, difficulty and autism, delivering 2 weeks of employability skills sessions and support 10 weeks of paid work experience.
3 x 12 week programme will be delivered in the host businesses premises in Daventry; Milton Keynes and Bedford.
You will work collaboratively and develop partnerships with a key stakeholders, for example Job Centre Plus, to identify participants for the programme, department managers to ensure participants develop the rights skills and knowledge to meet the employers needs and achieve paid work.
