Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Community Employment Mentor on a temporary, ongoing basis, located in the County of Conwy.
With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who is confident, able to prioritise effectively and provide support to the community.
Hourly pay: £15.70
The Role:
Manage the recruitment, retention, training and development of participants, building positive relationships and developing effective processes to identify and overcome barriers as a pathway to employment as set out in the relevant guidance.
To work with key stakeholders, service delivery partners, statutory and non-statutory organisations in order to promote the support available through the Programme and generate referrals.

To be involved in the Triage process, taking and making referrals and completing initial assessments.
To identify alternative employment options for participants who require additional support in progression.
Ensure that equality, diversity, well-being and sustainability are valued and embedded into the services delivered by the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To be responsible for establishing good working relationships both internally and externally.
To participate actively in supporting the Authority’s principles and practices of equality of opportunity as laid down within the Equality's Policy.
