As the Employment Fee Earner, you will be working on cases related to employment business law.
You will be running your own caseload of good quality work, and your workload will mainly consist of; contracts of employment, dispute resolution, discrimination and harassment, redundancy/dismissal, restructures, disciplinary, grievances, equal pay, tribunal, flexible working, settlements, and TUPE matters.

Responsibilities:

• Hit the ground running with your own quality caseload of employment business matters.


• Representing clients in tribunals and mediations.


• Advising clients on employment law matters.


• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

You will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and experienced in Employment Business Law matters.
You will have handled complex employment matters previously and be passionate about working in this area.
