Market Leading Organisation providing Consultancy business support services to SME\'s, based in North Manchester have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of their Employment Law team. The role is hybrid with flexible working options and part-time 4 days can also be considered.
Your new role
My client is seeking a commercially focused HR Manager to support the organisations HR Services offering managing a team of Employment Law Solicitors, focusing on delivery of the EL and ER services, managing and allocating workload and supporting complex advice cases. You\'ll be responsible for the development of the service with a customer-centric approach and continuous improvement focus. Responsibilities will include:
- Balance Priorities and Manage Team Workloads
- Manage KPI\'s for effective customer experience and efficiency
- Supporting the team with insurance claims for legal expenses
- Manage the process from administration to award estimations
- Work collaboratively with sales team for new business development
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
- Identify new service opportunities and implement alongside the SMT
- Manage and optimise the EL team capacity
- Operate with a commercial mindset focused on enhancing and developing the ER and EL service offering
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Strong HR or EL background
- Good understanding of the Employment Tribunal Process
- CIPD or similar qualification
- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Influencing capability
- Commercial Acumen
- Capability to convey complex information simply
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Managerial experience of an HR/EL Team
