SalaryAchieve Professionals is seeking a talented Employment Law Solicitor of 1+ year PQE to join a friendly, down to earth law firm based in Northampton.
Position:Employment Law Solicitor
Location: Northampton
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 pa
Experience & Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will join a small team and be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of both respondent and claimant work, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across a range of Employment Law matters.
- Manage a varied caseload encompassing both respondent and claimant Employment Law matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for hearings and tribunals.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, conciliation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and fostering client trust and confidence.
- Stay abreast of developments in Employment Law and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services within the firm.
