Based in central London, this team advises its clients on all matters related to the workplace. With a leaning towards contentious employment work, any dispute or potential dispute arising from the workplace falls within this firm's remit. This includes matters such as whistleblowing, discrimination advice, restrictive covenants and partnership work. A large portion of this work is litigated in the high court.
With an ever-growing and impressive list of clients, which range from household name employers to senior executives, the incoming associates can expect to split their time 50/50 between the two types of clientele.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with between 2 to 7 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience and training undertaken within a reputable city, boutique or leading regional practice.
- Strong background in employment litigation. High-court litigation experience is ideal.
