Description
We are looking for a talented Employment Locum to support the business on a range of employment related matters, primarily supporting with ET documentation.
- review Tribunal Claims and draft ET3 responses
- deal with witness statements and case management orders
- deal with document disclosure
This is not a client facing role. The post is initially for 1 month with possible extension.
Profile
The ideal Employment Locum will have experience in employment law and litigation, able to hit the ground running on this post with minimal supervision. It is not necessary that you are a qualified solicitor.
