This is a full-time role with hybrid-working options, where the successful candidate will collaborate closely with experienced Employment & HR Solicitors. The Paralegal will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal support to clients while upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in the Employment & HR department with case preparation, legal research, and documentation.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Working independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, demonstrating proactive and attentive client service.
- Embracing innovation and adaptability, contributing to the enhancement of the firm’s legal services.
- Proactively exceeding client expectations, ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software proficiently to support day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience working as a paralegal or in a legal environment, preferably in Employment Law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
