We’re looking for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join our legal team based out of our London Paddington office. What youlldo
Your key accountabilities will include
- Handling cases from start to finish, including drafting responses and witness statements, preparing for hearing and conducting telephone PHs
- Supporting the ER team on employment related policies and initiatives
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
- Conducting legal research on a variety of queries and matters
- Providing ad hoc support and advice to HR colleagues and partners
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Previous experience as a paralegal working in an employment team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisation, planning and project management skills
- Proficiency with IT including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams in particular)
