About you:
You would have previous experience of working as a paralegal (although not essential). The ability to communicate confidently is paramount alongside the ability to deal effectively with internal and external contacts both verbally and in written communications. You will also have an eye for quality and sound IT skills.
About the role:
The role involves supporting solicitors of the employment team with employment tribunal claims, employment advisory work and strategic management issues. As this is a fee earning role, you will undertake a wide range of document management activities, attending tribunals and drafting various legal documents.
