Employment Paralegal- 3 months - Temporary -Belfast

What the Employment Paralegal will will be doing
The ideal Employment Paralegal will will be responsible for
* Providing Assistance to Senior Legal Officers who give advice in employment proceedings.
* Assessing claims and where appropriate lodging disputes.
* Prepping bundles of documents for hearings
* Attending hearings and supporting barristers representing the individual
What the successful Employment Paralegal will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
* A law degree
* A good head for numbers
* A knowledge of Employment Law
* Experience of gathering information and be able to present it in an understandable manner
* Excellent communication and writing skills
What you will get in return
- £20.17 per hour
- Monday to Friday with no weekends
- A hybrid working model
