The Role

This leading Top 50 UK/ L500 Ranked Team are seeking an Employment Senior/ Managing Associate to join their Liverpool Office.

They strive for excellence; working collaboratively with their competitively ranked L500 counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of matters for an interesting and high profile portfolio of Regional & National clients, across a range of sectors.

Work within this team includes Contentious & Non Contentious matters, such as:

• HR Advice
• Redundancy
• Disciplinary
• Grievances
• Whistleblowing
• Discrimination
• Change Projects 
• Employment Tribunals

Due to the amount of the work in the team, there is the ability to shape the role around the individual; undertaking a broad or more specialist caseload.

You do not need experience in all the above areas with excellent further training and career development opportunities available at this firm!

You Will Be:

• An Employment Lawyer with 5 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading Regional, National or City Practice
• Open to those looking to relocate from within the UK
