A great organisation in Liverpool is recruiting for an in-house employment opportunity. As the Employment Solicitor, you will report to the General Counsel and provide employment advice across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a qualified Solicitor in employment law.
- A commercial awareness, as this is a quick-thinking and continually growing business so matters must be dealt with speedily and logically.
- Experience gained either in-house, private practice or public sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all contentious or non-contentious matters across the business.
- Managing external counsel in contentious matters.
- Making sure the business is up to date with compliance and any regulatory changes.
It's an exciting opportunity for someone ready to make an impression and join a fast-paced business. The role would require you to be office-based for a minimum of 4 days per week.
