Position Details:

• Manage a diverse caseload of contentious employment matters using advanced case management systems.
• Lead Employment Tribunal proceedings, including drafting pleadings, obtaining witness statements, and representing clients.
• Oversee all client communications.
• Adhere to stringent service level standards.

Experience Required:

• NQ - 5 years+ PQE with substantial experience in employment law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering clear and concise advice.
• Excellent legal acumen, analytical skills, and commercial focus.
• Conscientious and commercially minded, dedicated to meeting clients' needs.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, influencing and earning colleagues' respect.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing personal caseloads.
• Proficiency in IT systems to optimize efficiency.
