We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to build out the employment department at an already thriving firm with support from the leadership team, to take on an existing workload from cross-department referrals whilst also focussing on business development strategies.
The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including:
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy matters
- Business re-organisations
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Equality and discrimination claims
- Absence Management
- Restrictive covenants
- Contracts, policies and handbooks
Salary from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
