Employment Solicitor - Head of Department - Norwich

This is a new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join an award winning and regional firm as Head of the Employment Department.

This would be a great move for someone who is already working at Senior level and who is looking for a progressive move which will present a high degree of autonomy along with the opportunity to develop, lead and grow their own team. Previous experience in managing a team is not an essential requirement, with the focus being on bringing in someone who demonstrates the right qualities, knowledge, and drive to further develop the department.

The team assists local and national businesses across a wide range of sectors, across the full employment service offering including tribunal work.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of employment law, including handling more complex cases, and will be confident in running their own files, undertaking their own advocacy for tribunals and will be comfortable in heading up a team.
