Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a range of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
• Drafting and reviewing employment-related documents.
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients on employment issues.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on employment law developments.

Requirements

• Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
