My client is looking for a 4+ Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic and close-knit team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in St Albans. With a supportive and collaborative work environment, they prioritise teamwork and professional growth.
You will be working closely with a team of Senior Associates and NQs, you will primarily handle non-contentious matters. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance office-based and remote work according to your preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a predominantly non-contentious workload and various matters efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and NQs to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
You will need to be a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years of experience in non-contentious matters. Have strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues and clients.
