We are currently recruiting a Empty Homes Officer to join the Empty Homes Team which is part of our Property Maintenance function.
This role will support the effective delivery of the void (empty home) process ensuring performance targets and quality standards are met to maximise the rental income, whilst providing outstanding customer care throughout the service delivery.

We are looking for:
- A motivated individual with experience in Decent Homes specifications
- Ability to undertake property inspections
- Work within agreed timescales to identify works required at void stage, to meet the groups “Lettable” standard.
