We are recruiting now for a Plumber to support various commercial properties and office spaces throughout Cumbria.

The role:
Essentially the role is to operate with a focus on Maintenance and Response and PPM works.
Strong Paperwork skills are a requirement as well as a strong ability for Customer Service.
Engineer will have responsibility to carry out Planned Maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
Maintaining, servicing and repairing various types of Water systems as well as Drainage systems on site.
The ideal candidate:
Possess comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification.
Comprehensive knowledge of most Drainage systems.
Good all-round knowledge of Waste pumps, pipework install & repairs.
Good interpersonal & communicating skills, flexible approach to work / Clients’ requirements. Good organisational skills and have a positive attitude.
Logical thinker in fault finding situations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working within a team environment. Able to contribute to group success whilst willingly following instructions of others.
Able to work unsupervised & independently.
Self-motivated
Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change
Knowledge, skills & experience:
C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level3 Diploma in Plumbing studies.
BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999.
MEWP. - IPAF 3a/3b
IPAF 1b (Spider)
Legionella / L8 Qualification
Driving License
Salary & Hours
Up to £36,000 per annum
Monday - Friday
On-Call available to boost salary!
