The Role
Talbot Manor, in Bournemouth, Dorset, is a residential home for 12 younger adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Residents are supported to live as independently as possible and get involved in the local community.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential criteria:
* Level 2 or 3 Qualifications relevant to health and social care or child care OR Willingness to complete relevant qualifications.
* Car driver with access to own vehicle.
Desirable criteria:
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Health and Social Care or Child Care
* Level 2 (or above) qualifications in English and Maths.
