We have a vacancy for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy End of Tenancy team.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and award-winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. The role will be primarily face to face and customer focused carrying out End Of Tenancy cleans at our let and managed rental properties.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and will be working closely with a colleague as part of a team of two.
A UK driving licence is essential and the successful candidate will have access to a company vehicle and work as part of a team of two.
Core hours:
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
Annual Salary: £23,795.20
Flexibility is required to cover holiday periods. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement, company pension and employee benefits.
