Job description

We are looking for innovative, approachable Hospitality professionals who are looking to transform their careers and help shape the next generation of industry experts. If you already have an assessor qualification or have quality experience within the Hospitality sector this could be the opportunity for you.

Our mission is to revolutionise the way in which End Point assessments are delivered and assessed. We develop our own End Point Assessors through a comprehensive onboarding programme which embeds our values and approach, whilst providing full training and qualification where required to individuals from the Hospitality industry.

Who we are:

At Innovate Awarding we strive to provide End Point assessments that are respected, delivered simply with no surprises along the way. Our reputation speaks for itself – we’re Multi Standards EPAO of the year and were one of the first to be registered with the Education and Skills Funding Agency. We’re trusted by employers and their training organisations across the country to evaluate Apprentice competence.

As one of our End Point Assessors, you’ll deliver consistent, professional assessments that take learners through End Point assessments towards the completion of their apprenticeships. From multiple-choice question tests and professional discussions to observing them at work, overseeing tests and everything in between, you’ll assess to ensure their success.

Why Innovate:

As one of our innovators of the future you can enjoy a supportive culture with a real emphasis on personal and professional development. We help our people maintain their occupational expertise and support their continuous professional development through training, workplace experience, professional memberships and more.

You’ll also carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up to date.

With a great work/life balance, and with the support of our expert and friendly team, you’ll have the chance to not only help people improve their prospects, but to help our business achieve its ambitions.
