End User Computing Engineer / EUC Engineer
Our client, Zenzero, is looking for an End User Computing / EUC Engineer to join them in their Farnham office.
You will be working on a wide range of projects and service tickets, responding to users’ requests, troubleshooting incidents and make, break, fix and repair equipment.
Every day will be different, but it could look like:
Complete hardware assessments.Complete pre-deployment setup activities on variety of End User devices. Utilise Microsoft 365 Services and other 3rd party tools including Autopilot and InTune to automate customer and internal device deployments.Analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, whilst optimising customer service.Work with relevant teams and stakeholders to drive contract compliance. Seek opportunities for collaboration which enhance the position of our client, Zenzero, in relation to procurement practice and leverage of expenditure.
