Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum
About Them:
This private hospital in Swindon, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Endoscopy Lead Practitioner to join their dynamic team. The hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for its staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Endoscopy Unit.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the Endoscopy team, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of patient care and safety.
• Performing and assisting with endoscopic procedures as required.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless delivery of patient care.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines within the Endoscopy Unit.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination
• Possession of a relevant post-registration qualification in endoscopy nursing is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
