This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join one of the UK's largest multidisciplined consultancies who provide a progressive and innovative approach to the built environment. The successful candidate will join their energy team in Sale, Manchester and will be provided endless support and opportunities for career progression.
Role responsibilities include:
Take the lead on delivering a range of services such as general Energy and Sustainability consultancy, statements, and strategiesProduce Decarbonisation strategies and reports, as well as generating energy performance certificates and ESOS reports for energy complianceProvide funding advice and applications, whilst developing heat decarbonisation plans and feasibility studiesCarry out general project management and contract administration tasks for energy projectsThe ideal candidate will have:
Degree within a surveying, environmental, sustainability or building services disciplinePrevious experience carrying out energy audits, as well as having a relevant accreditation such as NDEA, DEA, Low Carbon Consultant or ESOS assessorEither working towards or have already achieved a CIBSE membershipPrevious experience in a client facing role, with great commercial knowledge and can obtain new businessExcellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include:
