This company is an award winning leading technical consultancy that deliver energy and sustainability advice and assessments to construction and property industries. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an SAP Energy Assessor to join their company.
In this role you will be providing SAP assessments and energy performance certificates at the land purchasing and planning stage. You will also provide high quality consultancy and written reports ensuring planning requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be an accredited Construction Energy Assessor with experience with Energy Performance certificates (EPC) and Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). You will also be up to date with building regulations and have experience providing consultancy at the planning stage.
The Role:

• Providing SAP assessments and EPC's
• Offering consultancy at the land purchasing and planning stage
• Ensure written reports meet requirements and compliance

The Candidate:

• Accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
• Familiar with building regulations
• Have experience providing consultancy at planning stage
