Exciting opportunity for an Energy Assessor to join an ambitious sustainability consultancy as a valued member of the team. In a rewarding and varied role with scope to move into management. In this role, the Energy Assessor will be responsible for undertaking SAP, SBEM and overheating (tm59) assessments, generating energy strategy and decarbonisation reports, and managing client engagement. Part of this role will also include assisting with growing the Energy Assessment team. This is a great chance to join a close-knit team in an ambitious SME business, where there is opportunity to move into a management position. The role: *SAP/SBEM and TM59 Overheating assessments and calculations *Preparing Energy and Strategy and Decarbonisation reports *Engage with clients and construction teams *Attend meetings to contribute to building design process.
