Our client is looking for an OCDEA to join their well-established, award-winning consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
- Relevant industry experience
- Licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor (Desirable)
- Brilliant time management and communication skills
- Experience of writing energy/sustainability strategies (Desirable)
- Excellent relationship building and positive 'can-do' attitude
- Knowledge of non-residential development (Desirable)
Duties:
- Complete SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients achieve compliance with Part L
- Deliver technical support to clients
- Generate energy statements for planning
- Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
- Measure buildings for low carbon
