We are looking for dynamic people to join the journey in providing cutting-edge energy-saving solutions for major commercial and industrial clients.

This is a brand new role as our client continues to expand its UK Engineering team.

The Role

As an Energy Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and delivering energy reduction projects across the UK. Working closely with our Energy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting technical analysis of manufacturing environments to identify and evaluate energy and carbon reduction opportunities.
• Managing interfaces with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing and analyzing data sets for compliance reporting (e.g., GHG, SECR, ESOS).
• Providing advice on energy-related management, including auditing, reporting, and monitoring.
• Conducting feasibility studies, detailed design, sizing, calculations, and validation of work undertaken by others.
• Budgeting, cost estimation, time scheduling, and detailed planning of activities.
• Coordinating and controlling the planning and execution of energy reduction projects.
• Presenting and chairing meetings with clients' Senior Leadership Teams and stakeholders.

About you

• A degree-level qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a energy-related industry.
• Familiarity with utility metering systems and platforms.
• Experience in evaluating and delivering energy-saving projects.
• Self-motivated for project execution.
