As an enforcement legal assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the enforcement with various tasks, such as:
- Review cases to ascertain whether enforcement action is appropriate.
- Communicating with experts and Counsel
- Preparing legal documents, such as drafting Application and Part 8 proceedings and bundles for court
- Send routine correspondence to Clients, landlords and Solicitors.
- Managing and maintaining case files and records.
- Performing administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Law Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy clients who are Social Landlord tenants
- Knowledge of civil procedure, and enforcement law desirable not essential
Salary: GBP18 - 25,000
Location: Liverpool City Centre
