Engagement And Insights Executive

Our client based in Woking are looking to recruit an Engagement and Insights Executive on a contract basis starting as soon as possible. You will be responsible for maximising business opportunities through reporting on insights and performance across marketing.

Key Duties:

• Develop customer insights
• Use insights to provide guidance for marketing opportunities
• Collate, analyse and present data to the wider business
• Ensure accurate data is recorded on the CRM database
• Use Power BI on a regular basis
• Support with some marketing content creation
• Track trends and make recommendations based on findings

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar insights role
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting
• Digital marketing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
