We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support our clients Engagement team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, with an immediate start.
The position will involve dealing with incoming calls and emails, and to deal with any queries/questions, redirecting certain queries to other internal departments to be resolved where applicable. You will also be responsible for follow calls/emails to customers to ensure all their questions have been answered satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will have solid previous Administration/Customer Service and CRM experience.

Working Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate 14.00 per hour (+ Holiday pay)
Skills Required:
- Experience of "Dynamics" software desirable but not essential
- Strong Administration Skills
- Experience of working on a CRM system
- Excellent Written English
